Membership, Booking and Payment conditions: All parties participating in tours conducted by The Grand Prix Club must be members. An Annual Membership fee ($100.00) per couple or single member is included in the cost of the first trip booked each year. A Reservation Form must be completed and signed by the primary member of the party 18 years or older. Payment of deposit (50%) must be received and acknowledged by The Grand Prix Club. The deposit becomes part of the final payment due prior to tour departure date. Balance of payment due 15 weeks prior to departure or before depending on requirements of suppliers. Reservations requested less than 15 weeks prior to departure require full prepayment. Changes- every effort will be made to accommodate requests to modify reservations; ANY additional costs incurred by The Grand Prix Club will be the responsibility of the member. Currency Fluctuations: Prices for tours to European countries are priced in U.S. Dollars and are calculated on an exchange rate of 1 Euro-Dollar = $.88 U.S. Dollar and the currency of the host country on November 1, 2000. Any increase or decrease in exchange rates of the local currency or the Euro-Dollar will be reflected in the final calculation due for each tour. Tour prices for Canada will remain as confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellations: The Grand Prix Club is a membership organization and will endeavor to accommodate changes and cancellations when possible. ANY additional costs that are incurred as a result of change or cancellation of a member’s reservation will be the sole responsibility of the member. Where possible every effort will be made to replace a request for cancellation with another booking, when this occurs there will be no additional costs to the canceling party.

Responsibility: The Grand Prix Club is acting as an agent on behalf of the member. As a condition of membership the member agrees to hold-harmless the Grand Prix Club and it’s Management from any loss as a result of making reservations, attending any function or tour, participating in any way with activities as a result of affiliation with The Grand Prix Club. Any loss resulting from cancellation, rescheduling or modification of an Event by the Event organizers is the sole responsibility of the member and not The Grand Prix Club. The Management of The Grand Prix Club will endeavor at all times to ensure that the interest of the member is considered when making reservations with suppliers of resources included in any tour The Grand Prix Club organizes.

Travel Insurance: The Grand Prix Club recommends that the member elects to acquire Travel Insurance to protect from any financial loss that could be covered as a result of cancellation, rescheduling or default by a supplier of resources. It is the sole responsibility of the member to purchase Travel Insurance to protect the member from loss.
